the HMO presentation is great, but i didn't get the file, it's the printed version of it. can i mail it to u maybe

it's really nothing too useful if you already know something about the HMO/physician relationship. the only thing neat was that it was by an actual HMO rep, who seemed pretty sympathetic to patients and physicians.

for reason i've become really interested in this stuff - do u have any good books to read about hmo's/physicians?
