Please post any court cases that involved a DPM setting precedent for the field on a state or federal level, positive or negative. Please do not post individual civil or fraud cases that do not pertain to this topic.

-Dooley vs. Barberton Citizens Hospital (1984): Ohio Supreme Court case ruling that opened hospital surgical privileges to DPMs in Ohio
