ive been thinking about applying to podiatry school along with dental. this is my second cycle applying to dental schools and im going on 27. they both seem interesting fields to me however dentistry would be my first choice. do the schools know that you apply to both.

yes, they ask you if you have applied or are applying to other health professional schools on aadsas.

Yeah, you're putting yourself in a pretty dangerous position. The adcoms want to know that you are committed to dentistry and not just taking whatever comes your way. I think they even ask if you have previously applied to another professional program so you'll have to be prepared to answer why exactly you switched.
