Point of filling out the non-required questions on aadsas

For instance, I'm going through the disadvantaged status section. While I answered no, and the US is where I've been my whole life, what about the questions like "do you feel the area was medically/dentally underserved," and the percentages of your education funding? If you answered no to the disadvantaged status, is there any particular point to filling these other sections out? Or should we just fill in everything no matter what? Would our answers affect what adcoms would think of us?

The instructions for the section say only to complete the rest of the questions if you selected "Yes"...but even when I clicked "No", it still prompted me to select which country I was raised in, so I suppose that needs to be filled out regardless.

I called and asked... if you answer no to the first then select your country (or say NA or something) and you can stop there.
