Does anyone have a policy and procedures manual that they have setup for the office that they are willing to share.

I have a rag tag compilation of policies for different issues like employement vacation, procedures etc but nothing comprehensive. I feel that I need more detailed policies in place since I am getting ready to start searching for a partner.
