I agree. This is more applicable. I would think the majority of students don't have their degrees when they apply, but have it before they matriculate.

Good to know, as I will be applying next summer (non-traditional student) and I won't have my bachelor's yet but will by the time I HOPEfULLY matriculate.

A large majority of traditional students apply after their Junior year. If you take a look at the ADEA guide or even school's websites, you will see their numbers published of how many people have degrees and what types.
