it's pretty well established that first aid, uworld, and pathoma are the 3 highest yield resources for step1. if some nugget of info is found in all 3 of these resources then it's uber high yield. if it's found in 2/3 of these then it's super high yield. and even if info is only found in 1 of these resources but not the other 2 then it's still high yield.
but remember (esp. since your'e gunning for 260+) that the term "high yield" should not be in your vocabulary. what will separate you from the rest and get you that 260+ is your ability to not only know and be able to apply the high yield stuff cold (aka everything in first aid, uworld, pathoma) but also know and be able to apply less high yield stuff (aka stuff in other review books, textbooks, lecture notes, etc.). this is especially true since nowadays everyone is using and learning the big 3 cold.
