Aloha all,

This is an announcement for the Lutheran Medical Center (LMC) AEGD Program in Hawaii. There is currently an opportunity to be an AEGD Resident in Oahu, Hawaii.

As part of the LMC network, you'll have access to premier online courses that will expand your knowledge. Practical hands on experience is key to success and you will have a lot of that. You'll be working in a community clinic setting seeing 7-10 patients a day 5 days a week and serving a real need in the community along with a lot of experience. There will be rotations for Perio, Endo, Pedo and OS each once per month. The salary is approximately $40k along with fringe benefits (health insurance etc.) You'll also have 20 days paid vacation as well as federal holidays off.

Please reply on this thread or if you feel comfortable you can PM me. Thanks.

I should mention this is a post-match opportunity for the 2012-2013 year. Thanks.

Your application would probably greatly improve with the use of capital letters, apostrophes and commas.

Is this position still available?

Sorry everyone,

This position is now filled. To answer Dr. Alkader, the state laws only allow US trained dentists to receive a temporary license (which is needed for the program). Thanks.
