Should I be putting the title of the supervisor (Dentist), or my title when shadowing (Observer, Dental Assistant, etc.) on my application? I've read past threads and people have done both, but I'm more inclined to go with treating it as my own position, since the supervisor would almost always be the dentist him/herself, and it sounds redundant to have to specify who he/she is (I'm not shadowing the plumber at a dentist's office). Thanks. 🙂

It would make sense to put your title when shadowing in that space, which is what I did 🙂 And I agree that it would be redundant to put "Dentist," as your dentist's name is already in the "Supervisor" slot.
