Hello all, I am currently a PGY- 2 EM resident and I am now interesting in Internal Medicine ( PGY-2 spot) , which will be consistent with my career goals. While I am open to moving to most parts of the country , Texas or California will are my two top states. Any information about openings or guidance in initiating this process will be highly appreciated.
