I was wondering if I could get feedback on this interview question. What would you all say for this question specifically in the field of dentistry I'm assuming they are referring to.

"Is it better to be on time and good, or late and perfect?"

"Perfection is not attainable. And if you're late on top of it, you are a fool"

Love this quote from a cooking book and it is well suited here.

On time and good. Patients don’t know if your good or perfect (half the time they don’t even know if your bad), but they know if they have to wait for the doctor to decide to show up. Being late shows a lack of consideration for other peoples time.

I recently came across this really cool platform called Tooth Talk, it was created by dental students at the University of Michigan. They offer mock interviews, tailored to the schools you apply to! Could be something to check out! I think you can email them here [email protected]
