I took the free 150 questions and got around a 230. I just took NBME form 2 and got a 198!? I am doing around 50-60% on USMLEworld and better than that on Qbank. Test is in approx 2 weeks....I have no idea what occurred in this NBME exam. It would be difficult for me to think that I am actually at a 198. Could it just be a fluke or should I postpone the date?

Of course it's *possible* that it's a fluke. The question is, are you comfortable with the possibility that it might be right? If your goal is just to pass, you might end up ok, but if you are shooting for a score in the 230 range I would not feel very comfortable. You have a couple options - take another NBME and then decide whether or not to delay, or delay the exam and take another NBME after you have had a chance to study more.

it could be simply you were too anxious and your nerves started to interfere.
similar thing happened to be on one nbme where i dropped ~20 points
