Possible to do Structural Heart Disease ONLY?

REALLY interested in structural heart disease, obviously willing to do IC fellowship but not too interested in doing STEMI call for rest of my life. Is it possible to find structural heart disease ONLY jobs with structural interventions increasing in the near future? What is compensation like?

Yes, assuming you do the IC fellowship, some structural only jobs out there. Market is tight though.
