just wondering if you should have all the recommendations recieved by the application service before you should submit the application. And are you able to change the evaluator info just in case you wanted to add another prof? thanks

You can send the application without having the evaluations. You can change the evaluator's information after you submit your application. It's good to have the LORs when you submit, but schools are actually pretty quick to download the LORs from AADSAS even after it's been some time since your AADSAS submission.

Sure it will. It will be late, but AADSAS will still send it whenever they receive it. So the adcoms won't see it till later in the game.
