Hi all,
I have read a lot of post about the importance of practicing and reviewing problems answered correctly and incorrectly. Those who have performed very well on the exam 26-45, please provide your (1)mcat score + the most helpful materials used, and (2)detailed, clear, and concise explanations of your post analysis reviewing processes and techniques for each area of the MCAT
(PS,BS, + VR).
3) How did you tailor your process and techniques to know what was causing you to get problems wrong? How did you keep track of the progress after you reviewed your practice problems? After your realized the reasons, what were the steps you implemented to create your improvements, and how long did it take for you to start seeing score improvements?
4) How do we remember the concepts and mcat tricks? Are these tricks consistent throughout the whole MCAT-thus patterns revealed? Are their certain tricks that only correspond to specific sections (i.e. specific tricks only found in ps,not found in the bs section)? What would you do different, since you've already taken the exam?
5) If one is week in a subject area (with 1.5 study time til exam date), how should s/he maximize their time and see improvement?
Please feel free to add additional info aside from answering my questions.
Any advice is appreciated, thank you! 🙂 😕
