How much do you think name value of post bacs mean to med school admission committees? Say, CSU LA/East Bay post bac vs Scripps/Goucher/Hopkins/etc.?

How much do you think name value of post bacs mean to med school admission committees? Say, CSU LA/East Bay post bac vs Scripps/Goucher/Hopkins/etc.?

By name value, do you mean the prestige of the undergrad institution? Then no, it doesn't matter.

However, it matters how widely known the programs are to adcoms does matter, especially to the med schools you are trying to apply to. EG, east coast schools probablly don't know much about CSU LA, so if your target school is some east coast school, then its something to think about.
