Hello everyone,
Please let me know what chances I have of getting into any post bacc program in general. I have done research, shadowed, and volunteered a lot. My sGPA is 3.0; regular is 3.50, taking the mcat next month but am getting scores in 490 range. Seriously, be honest (I can take brutal criticism) and in humor, what has a higher chance of happening than me getting accepted. But please let me know the brutal truth.

OP, time to do your homework. Start looking up postbaccs and seeing what different programs require. (AAMC has a list but there may be others: https://apps.aamc.org/postbac/#/index) I wouldn't rush to take the MCAT just so that you can get accepted to a postbacc. Your performance on practice tests is a clear indication that you're not ready. Many med schools will average MCAT scores so if you take it now and do poorly, that poor score could drag down any future good scores.

I would look for either a) formal postbaccs that don't require the MCAT or b) a DIY postbacc (enrolling as a non-degree student at a university of your choice). Retaking some prereqs and applying DO for grade replacement may be a good option for you.

3.0 in science & 490 practice scores says to me that you don't have the prereq content mastered yet.

postpone the MCAT. you do yourself no good by taking it now.

you don't need to do a "program" to do a postbac. pick some colleges nearby & see what they offer for extension, evening, non-degree-seeking, non-matriculated, etc. i strongly recommend against community college or online work which increase doubt and decrease recommendation opportunities.

search SDN on "low GPA" to find consensus advice.

SDN has a postbac forum under interdisciplinary.

SDN also has a reapplicant forum right under nontrad where you can get educated on the consequences of being in a hurry etc.

best of luck to you.

SDN is probably the worst place to ask anyone "what are my chances"
The non-trad forum is probably less bad than the free-for-all in the other pre-med forums, but still...
Your best bet is to find the pre-med adviser at a local university and talk with them. Although some are better than others.
That not being a viable option, ask here (or wherever else) what you need to do to accomplish specific things and take advice from people who have been in similar situations and overcome the same obstacles. Otherwise it's just a bunch of clowns behind their keyboard spewing nonsense.
I've got my rubber nose on now.
