Post Bacc Classes?

I am taking classes to increase my GPA this semester at my state school. I wanted to take general classes, so I signed up for microbio with lab and genetics with lab. Problem is that these are 2000 level classes, is that too low of a level for dental schools to look at the classes favorably?

Also, I already applied a few weeks ago (I'm taking the classes for if I have to reapply, get waitlisted etc). Should I send schools a letter saying I am now enrolled in the classes and I was not before when I applied?
