What are y'alls thoughts on applying to a post bacc OT program to finish prereqs that you didn't during undergrad? I decided I wanted to be an OT kind of late in my college career after I realized nursing wasn't for me. I graduate this December with a BS in sociology. I only need about 3-4 prereqs for all the OT schools I'm interested in luckily. I just want to make sure my ducks are lined up in a row before applying to any OT program, which won't be until next summer 2018.

Hi, I don't understand your question. Almost all OT programs are entry level or post-professional. Do you mean taking a gap year and just taking the classes? That's fine! Many students do that!

if it's only 3-4 classes, go take them at a community college for a semester. the bs/ms combined program are 5 years while the ms program is 2-3. might as well do the latter since you're going to have a bs.
