This is a broad question but..how easy is it to get into a linkage program? Anyone know any numbers so that I get an idea of where I stand and what I need to do?

I would suggest calling some of the top post bacc programs like Bryn Mawr, Goucher, etc and inquire as to what the stats are for people who were accepted into the linkage program. I think the contacts for the Bryn Mawr program are Ms. Jodi Domsky and Professor Mary Davis. They are both extremely nice and helpful

I went to Goucher. 1/3 of the class linked (1o people) I think all but one got their link. Requirements were determined by the schools and varied and at times flexible/changing. Average requirements were like 3.5 and 27-31 MCAT.

3.5 GPA from the post-bac program or is that an overal GPA from college or both combined?

Thanks,
CP

P.S. I guess just keep whatever GPA as high as you can!

I'm pretty sure that it was intended for science GPA, but I'm sure that is a pretty typical area to hover around for general GPA as well. Ask Betsy or Liza at Goucher for an official reply.
