Post Bacc Programs in Canada

What post-bacc programs (formal) are there in Canada if any?

I know for podiatry, the proper prerecs are a full year of Biology, Chemistry, Organic, Physics and English.

I am planning on taking these courses starting this September. I was wondering what the prerec courses are for Med School in Canada and the US? As well as Optometry prerecs?
