post bacc programs with med school linkages?

So I'm planning on graduating from UC Irvine in three years (Summer 11), and am wondering what I should do with my year off before med school (assuming I actually get in somewhere for Fall 12). So I as wondering if there are any postbacc programs that will link you to a med school, or let you use the classes you take during the post bacc program for credit during your first year at a med school... And if there are any progams with links to med schools, what are considered the "top" ones.

Sorry its so incoherent. Ask me questions and maybe I can try to explain what I mean more clearly.

Have you done the prereqs? If so you're not eligible for formal postbacs with linkage as they are for career changers.
