Post-bacc research program interview advice

I recently got invited to interview with the Dana Farber Cancer Institute for one of their Post-bacc research programs. I'm a bit nervous as I'm not too sure of what to expect. I figure that since I've made it this far in the process, they must have some interest in me, so I don't want to mess this up. Any advice on what to expect?
