Post-Bacc Studies to Boost GPA!!!

Hello fellow future dentists. I'm currently applying for 2007 but my bro didn't apply because his gpa is too low. He majored in Bio at UCSD and didn't do too well. I was wondering if any colleges have a post-bacc study in the science field so that he can boost his gpa and maybe get into a dental school. Thanks for your help.
