Hey gang, my first time posting so bear with me. I just finished my Step 2 board exam today. Naturally I'm tired, and starring at a screen for 8 hours doesn't help...but for some reason I'm extremely restless.

No more boards, no more shelves, no more standardized patients...but I'm not relieved.

I have a one week break before my next rotation, yet I already planned out every freaking minute of this week. I feel like I'm so use to the last 4 years being so packed with crap to do and constant stressing...i forgot what it's like to have nothing on my plate.

Anyone else have this problem? Tips for getting over it? I just wanna sleep and enjoy my break, and where I am on my career.

It is absolutely vital to enjoy this time off. What hobbies did you enjoy doing before medical school? TV shows? Video games? Sports? Traveling? Movies? Reading?
Get back into the activities that you used to enjoy because they most of them will go away again once you start residency.
