Post December interview/acceptance

Hello everyone,

I recently got accepted to an OOS school. It’s a great school but I would much rather stay in state, Texas specifically. What are my chances for a post December interview/acceptance in Texas? I haven’t heard a peep from any of the 3 schools. My stats are 3.6 ogpa/sgpa, 21 AA/21TS

If that is the only school you got into absolutely accept the offer. Pay the down payment. Don't risk losing your precious dental school seat that thousands of other students would take in a heart beat. You could possibly have a chance of getting an offer from an instate school later in 2019 (assuming someone who was accepted in December decides to defer their offer) and you could still accept the potential late offer, assuming you don't mind eating the down payment to the OOS school. Those are non-refundable. But don't make all your plans thinking you'll definitely get an offer, nothing is ever certain or guaranteed in the application process.
