Post grad work for off-cycle M4

Hi, I'm currently an off-cycle M4 scheduled to graduate in Dec and is looking for something to do next spring prior to the start of residency. The default thing to do in my situation is research, but I've little motivation and interest in that. I was wondering what other temporary work, preferably paid and clinical work, opportunities are there for med school grads. I will have passed Step 1, step 2 cs an ck.

I'm also extremely interested in working abroad opportunities. Any words of advise will be appreciated. Thanks.
