Post graduation in japan

Hi all I am a Medical graduate from pakistan. I would like to know what is the procedure for doing post graduation in japan for a foreign medical graduate? Any help would be appreciated.

I don't think they allow medical post-grads in Japan. I don't know of any who did that. If it was possible, I would have jumped at the opportunity.
