Post-II - Update letter using new letter of rec?

My director for the company I have been working at for the past two years wrote me a letter of recommendation. Is it a good idea to use this letter to update the schools I'm waiting post-II? I think it's a really strong letter that really speaks to what I have been doing at the company these past two years.
