Does anyone feel more nervous after they've had an interview even if you felt everything went really well? I'm finding myself losing sleep about how I could have said or done a few things differently. I know what you say isn't supposed to be perfect because you really don't know what the adcoms are planning to ask you. However, I am just replaying everything back in my head over and over to the point where I know I should just let it go. Honestly, I know I did my best or even went above my expectations with certain things, but I am just wondering if anyone else feels the same.

I felt much less nervous after both interviews. Don't rip yourself apart! You need to stay confident through the entire application process :hardy:

Yep, I'm sure that a lot of people are still a little worried even after a seemingly good interview because of what is at stake for us. It's totally normal to want to analyze afterward and wish that you had done/said some things better. Also, you never know exactly what the adcoms are looking for so even if you did well, you still may not fit what they want at a given time. The worry and stress can only be relieved by a definite decision from the school (either way, but hopefully admission!), and we all get to endure at least another month or so for that. Just try to relax, you probably did great 🙂

i keep replaying my interviews in my mind all the time.

I think the only thing that can take my mind off it is getting a 2nd interview...knowing I can improve my performance.

But yes, b/c my first interview has been my only one, I'm worrying about it alot.

same thing here.
i did my second interview yesterday and still feel nervous and anxious
i don't think it went bad but my interviews were rushed by the lady who managed the interviews. she kept knocking on the door during my interviews. i ended up doing 10min interviews with three faculty members. i didn't have enough time to sell my self to my interviewers so i really don't know what this is going to cost me

I do this everytime too, I feel super confident right after the interview and then and for the next week all I can think about was maybe they didn't like that answer...I wish we had some kind of immediate feedback because I have become all confident in my interviewing skills after doing a bunch of these now, but I might be in for some dissapointment come dec 1, it's so hard to know if they really were sold on you

i was only nervous on my first interview b/c i was like oh my goodness i'm actually at a dental school...after that, i have not been nervous at all and really do enjoy my interviews....i talk and laugh etc...the only time i got kinda weirded out was when my interviewer asked me to sing (it was one of my extra-curriculars)...it went great cuz he liked it... but no, i don't replay my interviews in my mind...to much to do at work...
