So, I interviewed at one of my interviews, and the whole time during my interview, my interviewer seemed to like my application. At the end of my interview he gave me his email, and said not to hesitate to email him with any questions that I made have. I consider myself well-informed about the school, and I do not really have any questions. I am thinking though, a little later done the cycle whether I should ask him something to keep in contact with him, so he keeps me in mind. Anyone else do something similar to this?

It was probably a matter of courtesy. Just send him a thank-you note, I wouldn't bother him with questions that I don't really have.

Yeah, it's a courtesy thing. Send a thank you letter for the same reason he gave you his card. If he liked you he liked you. Otherwise, a question isn't going to change that. Remember, your interviewer has probably already filled out and submitted his evaluation of you.
