Post-MS1 summer programs in Israel?

I'm a first year now, and really want to do something medicine-related in Israel this summer. Does anyone have any idea if they exist? If they do, how can I find them?? I only found one when I searched intensely 🙁

I believe that MDA (Magen David Adom) which is Israel's EMS service has programs where you can work on their rigs and so long as you have EMT experience working as a medic. A google search would probably turn up this program. Also, check out Hadassah Hospital or Tel Aviv University, both are large academic medical centers that probably have some programs.
