hello does anybody knows how the post scramble works? is there such thing or im just making it out so i would feel that there still hope for me to get in.???

The "post scramble" is not a formal procedure but simply refers to getting a position after the scramble period is over (ie, today or later).

There are still some positions available although generally most are taken during the scramble.
