Hi y'all! Anyone have any good recc's on post-traumatic growth (books, articles, videos, etc?) that they have found helpful?

Ok, two off the top of my head: I think Stephen Joseph's book is very good, but is getting a bit up there. Rick Hanson's book Resilient is also good, but he's way more steeped in the woo PTSD crowd for my taste.
