For psychologists or do you mean patient-facing materials?
Both would be appreciated! I have a few for psychologists, but not as many for patients!

Ok, two off the top of my head: I think Stephen Joseph's book is very good, but is getting a bit up there. Rick Hanson's book Resilient is also good, but he's way more steeped in the woo PTSD crowd for my taste.
IIRC, Bonano Bonanno has some work on traumatic resilience.

Bonanno, two Os. Nice guy, we had him as an invited speaker at our program once. Also, surname of one of the "Five Families." Not sure about his relation 🙂
For psychologists, if you have access to the APA psychotherapy video series (work paid for mine), I believe there are some sessions on posttraumatic growth.
