I'm currently a junior pursuing a BA in Psychology but took little to no premed classes during my early undergrad years. I have one year to go and it's pretty much impossible to do bio, chem, phys, maybe calc classes on top of my major's classes in that timeframe. So I'm considering doing a postbac pre-health program that my university currently offers. However, as I looked into it, the tuition and fees increase for the same classes that I can take as an undergrad, but I won't be getting financial aid to help with that. I guess as I type this out, it makes more sense to stay as an undergrad to get my prereqs in, right? I thought I'd figure everything out when I transferred out of a community college, but now I'm stuck.

Also, looking into volunteer/work opportunities that can be beneficial for clinical experience. I applied for a medical scribe job online, anyone know how long to wait or do you call to follow-up, like you do for regular jobs? Seeing as it is a company online, I'm not sure how to go about it.

Any information you guys have is greatly appreciated.
