Postbacc and SMP Admissions Requirements

I've been researching both postbacc and SMP programs in order to enhance my academic record for application to medical school. However, I've had some trouble finding programs whose minimum requirements don't exclude me. I have a 2.92 cum GPA and a 25 MCAT. I also just took the August MCAT and am waiting on those results.

So, my question is can anyone lead me in the right direction here? Which programs should I consider? How should I go about applying to these programs? Also, and additional information you can provide is much appreciated. Thanks.
