Postbacc Help - Should I retake (C-) classes?

I have read over some requirements for the postbaccs that I'm currently intereted in. But I would like to know if I should take some of the requirements again to go from a C- to A+? And also if I retake them should I do 2 classes each semester or 1 each semester?
Edit - it depends on certain programs but for me I say yes
