Hello SDN,

Haven't posted in a while...been studying for my MCAT the whole time, I swear 🙂

I have a question regarding postbacc programs, and any knowledgeable answers would be most appreciated.

Is there a list anywhere (or can you all help me compile them) of postbacc programs in which the applicant is only eligible after applying to and being rejected from medical school? It could be either that medical school or a different one.

2 examples of what I am talking about in the Midwest would be: Creighton and University of Illinois Chicago's med school.

Thank you. Incidentally, if there is a list that has already been created, can you direct me to it? I did not see if upon searching and it is taking forever to slog through all the SMP/Postbacc discussions in hopes of stumbling across this list.

If you know of a program like this somewhere in the continental United States, please post.

the only other one I know of is Michigan State's ABLE program. Though I believe that you have to be invited to apply for the program after being rejected by the CHM.

Tulane ACP is available only to those people who were/are waitlisted to a med school.
