Postbacc without retakes included??

I was wondering, if you do a post bacc with upperlevel science courses and do well in it, do you still need to do the retake of physics if you have a C- there? Because Ive been told that the rigor of the postbacc makes up for not having passed the course but im unsure

Some schools require a C or better in pre-reqs. It is just best to retake in this case IMO
