PostBacCAS Experiences question

I was wondering on the PostBacCAS application, in the experiences section, are people filling out the entire address and contact information for each experience? I am a nontraditional student and some of my contact emails for supervisors are from 10 years ago and no longer valid since they moved companies. I have bullet points on my CV and I pretty much just copied and pasted my CV bullet points into the description field
