I'm on my internship year right now, and I'm in the process of applying for postdoc (mostly clinical sites, mostly through APPA CAS).

I did a silly thing and didn't register for "internship" credits for my first semester of internship. My transcript shows my entire graduate record, up through Spring 2017, and just ends there. I have now rectified the error, but the transcript saved on APPA CAS doesn't reflect anything for Fall 2017. So now I'm wondering, do I...

1) Not do anything or say anything about it unless a postdoc site asks me about it?

OR

2) Contact sites to let them know about the error and send them an updated transcript when it's available?

To be clear, my GPA looks fine and I've met requirements for graduation outside of the missing Fall 2017 issue. My concern is how noticeable this would be to postdoc sites, and whether it's actually a good thing or bad thing to point out that I was late in correcting something they might not have noticed otherwise?

Your feedback would be much appreciated! Thank you!

I don't even understand why that would impact anything. I can't recall having to register for internship credits except as a placeholder to technically still be enrolled. In my opinion, this isn't important in the least assuming you actually are on internship.

Don't say anything. It's very likely that nobody will notice and nobody will care. Some programs don't even have internship credits. As long as it obvious on your cover letter and/or CV that you're on internship, you're fine!

Never heard of this either! Not something I would worry about.
