I'm on my internship year right now, and I'm in the process of applying for postdoc (mostly clinical sites, mostly through APPA CAS).
I did a silly thing and didn't register for "internship" credits for my first semester of internship. My transcript shows my entire graduate record, up through Spring 2017, and just ends there. I have now rectified the error, but the transcript saved on APPA CAS doesn't reflect anything for Fall 2017. So now I'm wondering, do I...
1) Not do anything or say anything about it unless a postdoc site asks me about it?
OR
2) Contact sites to let them know about the error and send them an updated transcript when it's available?
To be clear, my GPA looks fine and I've met requirements for graduation outside of the missing Fall 2017 issue. My concern is how noticeable this would be to postdoc sites, and whether it's actually a good thing or bad thing to point out that I was late in correcting something they might not have noticed otherwise?
Your feedback would be much appreciated! Thank you!
