Postdoctoral Research Fellow

I have been accepted in a position of Postdoctoral Research Fellow, one in UIC and the other is in Kellogg.
I would like to know the pros and cons of each place so that I could choose clearly.
Is one place far better than the other or are they comparable?
Any help would be appreciated.

Depends on who you will be working for.

are both paid positions? What is the track record of the people you will be working with? Have they taken post docs previously? have any of them matched into ophthalmology (assuming that is your goal here?). Which group publishes more frequently?
