I am in the process of submitting a first-author abstract to a national conference. The conference is not until October, but I will know if my abstract has been accepted well before then. Can I still put down the poster presentation on my ERAS app? Thanks and sorry if this question has been asked a bunch.

Yes you can. the ERAS section includes publications/posters/presentations which have been accepted for publication as well as those which have been published.

As long as it has been accepted, you can list it. If you don't know if it's been accepted, then don't list it as a poster presentation, list it as research experience (and you can talk about the presentation during interviews).
