On one of the school's wesbites that I am applying, it asks to include the abstract and/or a copy of the entire publication on ERAS. Is this possible? If so, where do you copy and paste these?

This can't be done in ERAS, and is insane. Are you sure you read it correctly? Did they ask you to include the full reference in your ERAS application? That would make much more sense -- they could then look the publication up if they wanted to.

Under the application section, the wesbite specifically states:

"Research experience should be substantiated with reprints/abstracts if available"

It may be possible to cut-and-paste the entire abstract into your CAF although that would be cumbersome. When I applied, only UNC asked to see the actual publications; when I was offered an interview, the administrative assistant asked me to send them a packet of my papers by post.

Easiest way to sort this out would be to call up the program assistant and ask him or her directly.
