For example, from 2024-2025 Mayo Clinic - Minnesota:

And now, here it is in plain text (what I see in the email notifications… well not quite, I can’t get SDN to format the raw text correctly, it deletes numbers that are in this block of text when rendering the rich text):

Are you using Tapatalk or the SDN app? Are you using iOS 18? There was a bug that caused this when iOS 18 was first released but it has supposedly been fixed.

I am using iOS 18.0.1 (22A3370) with mobile Safari browser.

I think the issue is that the other people are using the old version of the Tapatalk app. I’ll see if I can post a notice that displays only for them suggesting they delete and reinstall.

To address this issue:
1. Delete and reinstall the SDN App
2. Go to Settings > Clear Cache

That seems to resolve the issue for most people; let us know if that doesn't work for you.
