POTS and Botox

Is anyone aware of the relationship between POTS and Botox? This specifically being Botox for migraine patients. This is a procedure I do on quite a few folks and recently had middle-age female patient and has been dealing with increasing POTS symptoms for the last year although she has been getting the Botox much longer than that. (2-3 years)/ They had her pretty much stop all of her oral medications just see if they could figure out what may be contributing to her POTS symptoms. Not looking for a curbside consult or specific advice for this patient she is generally if anyone is aware of a relationship between IM Botox and POTS issues
