Has anyone had any experience with POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome)?
 
We had an interesting case on C/L last year. What's your question specifically?
 
When I did my surgical rotation a couple of months ago, I did a consult on a 17 year old girl with POTS. She needed an infusaport because she required large fluid boluses frequently. It was the only thing that worked for her when she got hypotensive.
