Do any of these schools require you to have LOR submitted on their own application? Thanks

MSUCOM has their own recommendation form which MUST be submitted, either as the LOR or a couple of sections filled out and the LOR attached (but there are restrictions on doing it this way). KCOM just used the regular letters as written. Can't help you with NSU.

NSU gives you the option of using their evaluation forms for the convenience of the evaluator or you can submit letters that have already been written by your evaluator.
