I am a little grumpy that I broke my toe and missed the presentation my school's Neuroscience and Psychology club gave on research-backed study habits.
Have any of you found good, research-backed resources for improving your study and time management skills? For me, I know active learning is the way to go but actually applying that to my life is where I get tripped up. I tried the learning and teaching people at my school and found them minimally helpful. Most of their suggestions were things I'm already doing.
Thanks!
